Elexess Sena, Made this move in perfect, everything was easy she was great and helped us out making this move easy. The neighbors here are also a plus there nice and are so welcoming! We are glad to be apart of the community here. We have the perfect apartment it's big and spacious lots of room and it's beautiful. The view around is also a plus!

Tabor Lakes has been completed remodeled. New Paint, floors, cabinets, appliances, etc. Very comfortable and a great location in Wheat Ridge, CO. I would highly recommend them for any of your housing needs. Management did a great job!

Elexess (property manager) is incredible. As with anywhere new, questions come up and she is so gracious and super responsive. The views of the mountains and lake are a bonus. With most apartments, parking is an issue…. Not here. Super easy to get anywhere in and around Denver. This place is worth checking out if you’re looking for a new place to call home.

My time at Tabor Lake Apartments was great! The manager, Elexess, and Ard, the maintenance guy, went above and beyond to give me assistance when I needed it. My neighbors were friendly. Everyone ready to lend a hand. It's nice to just sit and enjoy the view of the lake or take a walk on the trail. It's definitely a pet friendly place. Even has a dog yard and pet washing station. I made friendships that have continued since leaving. I would recommend Tabor Lake Apartments to everyone.

elexess has been nothing but an amazing help and a wonderful support. it is a beautiful place to rent, affordable pricing and the dog park is a fun place for our dog to run around in. we feel heard and seen here and it is much appreciated.

ok, while I appreciate EVERYONE who posts reviews, bc it really does help in the decision making process, I still believe you need to do your own due diligence and make up your own mind in the end. No place is going to be perfect, not even if you own your own home. Things will always go wrong. However, if you have proper mgmt of the property the problems should get resolved. I am curious to take a look at it. Homeless people living/sleeping in the laundry room is definitely a concern. Seems like such an inexpensive fix to just put a lock on the door. Anyway, I plan on stopping by on the weekend. Not sure if the office will be open or not, but the pics of the lake makes this too pretty to pass up.

This is a really cool place. An old hotel was converted into apartments. They are completely remodeled and like new. Plus, the access to Tabor Lake and the extensive trail system is amazing!
